Target

Design a site based on a ready-made PSD file of the customer and program the project on CMS Joomla with the possibility of technical support for customers.

Project work process

The site was created solely on the basis of the finished design (PSD template) of the customer on the CMS Joomla platform. We have implemented several web forms for requests for site administration services, and for the personal account we have set up a basic CRM system for adding technical support tickets.

Results

The project made it possible to get new potential customers, and for current ones - a convenient helpdesk system with the ability to communicate through a personal account.

Consent was given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation tools and / or without using such tools: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, both non-automated and automated methods.

This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
