Installing and configuring an SSL certificate

Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated November 10, 2008 No. 455-З “On Information, Informatization and Information Protection”, Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated February 1, 2010 No. 60 “On measures to improve the use of the national segment of the Internet » and other legislation of the Republic of Belarus freely, by my own will and in my interest express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus at the address: st. Generala Ivanovsky 26-9, Vitebsk, Republic of Belarus, 210036 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

Personal data - basic and additional personal data of an individual subject to be entered in the population register in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus, as well as other data that allow identifying such a person.

This Consent has been issued by me for the processing of the following personal data:

• Your name;
• Contact number;
• Email;
• Company name;
• Country and city;
• Type of work;
• Message;
• Attach a brief.

Consent was given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation tools and / or without using such tools: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, both non-automated and automated methods.

This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

• providing services/works to me;
• sending notifications to my address regarding the services / works provided;
• preparing and sending responses to my inquiries;
• sending information to me, including advertising, about the events/goods/services/works of the Operator.

This consent is valid until it is withdrawn by sending a corresponding notice to the email address info@vmn.by.
